Xeinadin is seeking a Regional Practice Assurance Lead to drive robust compliance and governance across UK offices. You will implement policy changes, monitor adherence, and lead risk management in collaboration with central teams, Area and Regional Leaders.
With ACA/ACCA and senior accountancy experience, you will supervise regional analysts, deliver training, oversee AML and CPD, and champion continuous improvement to strengthen regulatory integrity as Xeinadin grows.
