The Audit Technical and Delivery Administrator plays a central role in supporting the firm’s audit function with compliance activities and office integration. The role ensures that audit teams across all offices receive consistent support with audit software onboarding, training coordination, compliance monitoring, and managing key departmental documentation. The position is suited to an organised, proactive individual who enjoys varied responsibilities and supports a busy audit technical function.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate onboarding of new offices and teams onto audit software platforms.
- Schedule and organise training sessions, invitations, materials, attendance and follow‑ups.
- Maintain training logs and ensure completion of required modules.
- Monitor progress with technical leads and escalates non‑completion.
- Maintain and update internal audit portals, SharePoint sites, and technical libraries.
- Ensure templates, checklists and guidance remain version‑controlled and current.
- Upload new technical content and maintain structured document hubs.
- Coordinate collection of audit compliance documentation from offices and partners.
- Maintain accurate logs and track required submissions.
- Assist with collation for external reviews, regulatory requests, and quality processes.
- Carry out periodic file spot checks as directed.
- Track common findings to support training and methodology updates.
- Communicate findings directly with stakeholders and prepare results for Board level.
- Maintain approved audit letters, letterheads and formal documents.
- Ensure formatting accuracy and timely updates.
- Liaise with branding teams on design updates.
- Act as first‑line support for general audit queries.
- Maintain FAQs to reduce recurring questions.
- Assist with gathering information for annual audit return processes.
- Maintain structured submission records.
- Support preparation of schedules and reports for regulatory compliance.
