Our collective mission to provide locally forged, trusted business advice to SMEs through forward-thinking, close-knit relationships remains pivotal to our growth. It’s our people who drive our business forward, and we offer them future-focused career opportunities whilst supporting individual specialisms. - Act as the firm’s primary lead for financial due diligence engagements.
- Oversee scoping, planning, execution and reporting across multiple concurrent mandates.
- Strengthen our TS processes, methodologies, and outputs to deliver consistency and excellence group-wide.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and insight.
Team & Capability Building
- Collaborate initially with existing diligence resource across the group, leading multidisciplinary teams on live engagements.
- Build and grow a dedicated TS team as the service line develops.
- Mentor and develop talent, instilling high professional standards and a collaborative, growth-minded culture.
Commercial & Strategic Contribution
