We are seeking an Employment Tax Director to join our wider and rapidly growing Tax Advisory team in the UK. This role can be based in a range of locations in UK South and will largely operate on a hybrid basis with some travel when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide employment tax, global mobility, tax consultancy and compliance services to a broad range of UK SME businesses, multinationals and high-net-worth individuals.
- Offer specialist advice on global mobility matters including international tax planning and compliance for mobile workforces, policy design, and international social security planning.
- Deliver employment tax advice including pensions, contractors, benefits, expenses, termination payments, share-based remuneration and global incentive plans.
- Manage Revenue audits and due diligence reviews.
- Provide tax planning advice for high-net-worth individuals.
Key Requirements
- CTA and/or relevant accountancy qualification with experience in a medium or larger firm.
