Description: Contract: Full‑time | Permanent
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑orientated Administrator to join our accounting practice in Bingham. This role is central to supporting our client‑facing teams and ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations, with a particular focus on client onboarding, compliance and practice administration.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a professional services environment who enjoys working with processes, people and systems.
Responsibilities
- As an Administrator, you will support the practice by managing administrative processes and ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and internal teams.
- Managing client onboarding processes, including engagement letters
- Maintaining accurate client records on internal systems
- Liaising with clients to obtain required documentation and information
- Supporting compliance procedures and internal quality controls
- Assisting audit, accounts and tax teams with engagement administration
- Formatting and issuing correspondence, reports and statutory documents
- Handling incoming calls, emails and client queries professionally
- Coordinating diaries, meetings and internal documentation
- Supporting filing, scanning and document management systems
Qualifications
- Key Requirements: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow set procedures
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Discretion when handling confidential client information
Additional Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an accounting or professional services firm
