We’re looking for an Accounts Senior to join our Doncaster team, supporting a varied portfolio of owner‑managed businesses and SMEs. This role is ideal for an accountant who enjoys hands‑on client work and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships
- Production and review of management accounts
- Preparation of corporation tax computations and returns
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships
- Identifying opportunities to add value and support clients beyond compliance
- ACA / ACCA qualified or studying towards qualification
- Previous experience working within an accountancy practice
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a client‑focused mindset
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively
