We’re looking for a commercially minded Regional Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing activity across our Wales and South West region. This role sits within a team of regional marketing leads and will work closely with colleagues across operations, business development, and central marketing.

You’ll play a key role in:

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Marketing Delivery
    • Support the execution of regional marketing plans aligned to growth priorities
    • Coordinate local campaigns, events, and initiatives to increase brand visibility and client engagement
    • Develop marketing collateral tailored to local markets and sectors
    • Ensure consistent and effective use of brand across all regional activity
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Partner with office leads and fee earners to identify marketing opportunities
    • Act as a key point of contact for marketing support within the region
    • Manage and prioritise marketing requests, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery
    • Work collaboratively with central marketing teams (digital, PR, design, CRM)
  • Service Line Focus
    • Support the promotion of core service lines (Audit, Tax, Accounts, Advisory) across the region
    • Help identify opportunities to cross‑sell and upsell services to existing clients
    • Work with service line leads to align campaigns with commercial priorities
    • Develop content and materials that position the firm as a trusted advisor
  • Business Development & Bids
    • Assist in the preparation of high‑quality pitch and tender documents
    • Support local business development team and partners with targeted marketing campaigns
    • Contribute to improving win rates through strong, consistent messaging
  • Campaigns, Content & Channels
    • Coordinate local email marketing campaigns and maintain CRM data quality
    • Support the delivery of PR and local communications activity
    • Create and adapt content for social media, events, and campaigns
    • Measure and report on campaign performance where required
  • Events & Local Profile
    • Support the planning and delivery of events, webinars, and networking activity
    • Ensure the firm maintains a strong presence in local markets and sectors

Key Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a B2B or professional services marketing role
  • Experience working in or alongside accountancy or professional services (Audit / Tax / Advisory)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns and events
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities

  • Experience supporting tenders / pitches
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing tools
  • Experience collaborating with service line or sector teams
  • Proactive and organised, with strong attention to detail
