Description Join us as a Senior Payroll Administrator, where you will play a key role within our payroll team, taking ownership of complex end-to-end payrolls and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency at every stage of the process.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to ensure the seamless flow and maintenance of employee data, building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional payroll service.

Manage the full end-to-end payroll process, including RTI submissions, pension uploads, and producing reports for payments and third-party bodies.

Maintain meticulous payroll records and a robust document control system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a clear audit trail.

Stay up to date with company policies and payroll-related tax legislation, ensuring ongoing compliance.

Prepare month-end payroll journals and reports for posting and audit purposes, supporting wider financial reporting requirements.

Key Requirements

Experience in payroll administration, with proven payroll bureau experience gained within an accountancy practice environment.

Knowledge of HMRC legislation and Pension Auto Enrolment, coupled with the ability to work effectively with multiple clients and prioritise workload.

Additional Requirements Strong computer literacy and numerical skills, with experience using payroll software – familiarity with BrightPay is a plus.
