Description: As a Bookkeeper, you will play a pivotal role in handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for individuals and companies. From managing VAT returns to providing exceptional customer service, you will be at the forefront of supporting our clients and ensuring their financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of work to a consistent standard.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients with a variety of queries via telephone and email, and striving for quality and excellence in every interaction.
- Utilise your proficiency in general bookkeeping, VAT returns, and spreadsheet management to streamline processes and deliver exceptional results.
- Leverage your IT skills, especially in Excel, and knowledge of XERO, Sage, and/or Quickbooks to enhance productivity and accuracy in your work.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified bookkeeper (AAT), PQ accountant, or QBE, with a passion for delivering outstanding service and driving client success.
- Full UK driving licence.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Good IT skills, especially in Excel, and proficiency in accounting software β familiarity with XERO, Sage, and/or Quickbooks is advantageous.
