This role presents a fantastic opportunity to work as a service charge accounts senior within the Service Charge team at Xeinadin, an experienced and forward-thinking accountancy practice. In our highly reputable service charge department, we assist property management agencies and property owners to meet their service charge obligations and obtain certification of expenditure, which will provide transparency and accountability required by the regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in financial reporting, service charge accounting, and reconciliations
- Strong understanding of property management accounting processes and relevant regulations
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with accounting software and strong Excel skills
