Job Description
The Tax Senior is responsible for managing the tax compliance and advisory needs of a diverse client portfolio, including individuals, businesses, and corporations. The role requires a strong understanding of UK tax legislation and the ability to deliver high-quality tax services efficiently. The Tax Senior will also support junior staff and contribute to the growth and development of the firm\’s tax practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to a portfolio of clients, meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Prepare and review personal and corporate tax returns in accordance with Xeinadin’s procedures.
- Ensure deliverables are completed within set timeframes and budgets.
- Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, supporting their professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
- Represent Xeinadin to clients, ensuring smooth delivery with a focus on innovation and future growth.
- Uphold and promote Xeinadin\’s vision and values.
- Maintain a professional appearance, conduct, and attitude in internal and external interactions.
Key Requirements
- ATT qualification.
- Wide-ranging tax experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in tax, preferably in a practice environment.
- Experience managing a client portfolio.
