Description
As a Tax Semi Senior, you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of tax services to a portfolio of clients. You will help ensure that clients receive high-quality service while developing your own skills within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of tax returns for a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with Xeinadin's procedures.
- Working closely with senior team members to meet client expectations and maintain high standards of service.
- Supporting in managing client deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Ensuring adherence to all legal and statutory tax requirements.
- Collaborating with senior colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements and future innovation.
- Developing your own technical expertise while supporting junior members where applicable.
Key Requirements
- ATT qualified or part-qualified (or working towards a qualification).
- Experience in preparing tax returns and working with a portfolio of clients.
- Commercially aware, with a good understanding of client needs.
- A collaborative team player, eager to learn and develop in a supportive environment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
