Description We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations by managing and maintaining records, onboarding new clients, and providing essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities β’ Provide PA support to Directors, including diary management and correspondence
β’ Co-ordinate and manage the maintenance of records, ensuring regulatory compliance to strict deadlines
β’ Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience
β’ Handle a range of general administrative duties to support the team
Key Requirements
Key Requirements β’ Proven experience in an administrative or PA role
β’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
