Job Description:
Responsibilities
Ensure day-to-day client files/audits are completed correctly and within the set timeframes and requirements.
Support junior team members with questions and queries to ensure accurate work is produced.
Deliver client work of the highest standards and ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
Ensure the correct client documentation is received in a timely and efficient manner to meet deadlines.
Handle client requests and queries to promote client loyalty.
Record own chargeable time and ensure all billable hours can be recovered.
Prepare client paperwork (Accounts, tax, PAYE, VAT) within deadlines for timely submission to HMRC.
Represent the firm professionally through appearance, conduct, and attitude.
Plan workload to meet deadlines and prepare work for sign-off.
Key Requirements
The role requires a quality-focused individual committed to developing their knowledge and experience. Working towards ACA/ACCA qualifications:
ACA – completed all certificate levels and attempted Financial Accounting and Audit & Assurance.
ACCA – completed all applied knowledge and attempted Financial Reporting and Audit & Assurance, aiming for at least 35% or more to be considered attempted.
