We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Business Support professional to join our team. This role will provide essential administrative and operational support to the accounts team, ensuring the smooth running of non-chargeable activities and internal processes. Working closely with an Accounts Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficiency across client communications, internal coordination, and business support functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business & Accounts Support: Prepare and manage engagement letters; Support the invoicing process and monitor billing schedules; Assist with accounts preparation processes, including coordinating documents for signing; Maintain accurate client records and carry out ongoing data cleansing; Produce ad hoc reports and support basic data analysis.
  • Client & Team Coordination: Coordinate mailshots and client communications; Organise internal team meetings, including scheduling and preparation; Provide administrative support to the accounts team as required; Assist with ad hoc projects across the business.
