We are seeking an Employment Tax Director to join our wider and rapidly growing Tax Advisory team in the UK. This new role can be based in a range of locations in UK South and will largely work on a hybrid basis with some travel when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing employment tax, global mobility, tax consultancy and compliance services to a broad range of UK SME businesses, multinationals and high net worth individuals.
  • Specialist advice on global mobility matters including international tax planning and compliance services for mobile workforces, policy design, international social security planning.
  • Employment tax advice including pensions, contractors, benefits, expenses, termination payments, share-based remuneration and global incentive plans.
  • Managing Revenue audits and due diligence reviews.
  • Tax planning advice for High Net Worth individuals.
Key Requirements
  • CTA and/or relevant accountancy qualification with experience in a medium or larger firm.
