Description: As a Financial Controller, you\’ll take a strategic role in overseeing financial operations across the hub. You\’ll manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring financial integrity and efficiency. This role involves centralising finance functions, integrating M&A financial systems, and supporting senior leadership with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing revenue, cost control, and working capital cycles
- Delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
- Leading the hub finance team and standardising financial operations
- Overseeing tax compliance and adherence to financial regulations
- Supporting M&A transitions and aligning regional finance functions
- Supporting Group-level projects and initiatives, including those led by the Executive team
Key Requirements:
- A professional qualification in accountancy (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong background in financial management, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with experience engaging at senior leadership levels.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and transfer pricing processes.
- Competency in leading high-performing finance teams.
