Job Overview: We are seeking an Employment Tax Director to join our wider and rapidly growing Tax Advisory team in the UK. This new role can be based in a range of locations in UK South, and will largely work on a hybrid basis with some travel when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing employment tax, global mobility, tax consultancy and compliance services to a broad range of UK SME businesses, multinationals and high‑net‑worth individuals.
- Specialist advice on global mobility matters including international tax planning and compliance services for mobile workforces, policy design, international social security planning.
- Employment tax advice including pensions, contractors, benefits, expenses, termination payments, share based remuneration and global incentive plans.
- Managing Revenue audits and due diligence reviews.
- Tax planning advice for High Net Worth individuals.
Key Requirements:
- CTA and/or relevant accountancy qualification with experience in a medium or larger firm.
