We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Support Trainee to join our Dudley office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing office experience who is keen to build a career in a professional services environment. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our client onboarding process, assisting with company secretarial work, and carrying out a variety of general administrative tasks. You’ll gain valuable experience in a Top 20 accountancy firm and be supported by an experienced team committed to helping you develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with new clients to ensure all client checks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Drafting and sending engagement letters.
  • Supporting company secretarial duties for limited company clients.
  • Assisting with day-to-day office administration and document management.
  • Helping maintain accurate client records and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
  • Working closely with colleagues to provide efficient and professional support across the team.
Key Requirements
  • Previous office experience.
  • Good IT literacy, with confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
