Description
As a Corporate Finance/Business Finance Manager at Xeinadin, you\’ll support a wide range of clients through debt refinancing, growth funding, and transactional support providing high-quality commercial insights and market research.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead financing activities, including sourcing funding, structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders and other financial institutions.
• Lead financial performance, debt servicing, security and business valuation analyses, and ensure robust financial modelling underpins all decisions.
• Prepare and review detailed financial models, forecasts, and business plans to support both transactional lending and business strategy.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contribute to pitch meetings, and support the growth of the Corporate Finance and Business Finance service lines.
• Coach junior team members, ensuring high-quality output, skills development, and a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Key Requirements
• ACA or ACCA qualified (or Qualified by Experience).
• Experience in liaising with lenders and financial institutions.
• Strong client relationship and project management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
