We’re looking for an experienced Manager to join our Cambridge office. This role is for a client-focused, technically strong accountant who enjoys building trusted relationships, managing a varied client portfolio, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and private client accounts across a range of sectors
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive, high-quality advice
- Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients, directors, and staff
- Review statutory accounts and corporation tax computations prepared by the team and ensure compliance with UK GAAP
- Review self‑assessment tax computations and returns and liaise with tax specialists where required
- Manage deadlines and workflow, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard
- Support and develop junior and semi‑senior team members through coaching and review
- Identify opportunities to add value and cross‑sell Xeinadin services
Key Requirements
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing a client portfolio within an accountancy practice
- Strong technical knowledge of statutory accounts and UK compliance requirements

- Comfortable reviewing work and supporting the development of others
- Well organised, commercially aware, and able to manage competing priorities
