Job Description
As a Bookkeeper, you will be essential in managing daily bookkeeping tasks for individuals and companies. Your responsibilities will include handling VAT returns, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our clients\β financial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately perform daily bookkeeping tasks, ensuring timely and quality outputs.
- Respond to client queries via phone and email professionally and courteously.
- Utilize your knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT, and spreadsheets to enhance processes.
- Support efficient workflows using IT skills, especially in Excel, and familiarity with platforms such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
Key Requirements
Qualified bookkeeper (AAT), PQ accountant, or QBE, with a passion for excellent service and client success.
Additional Requirements
Strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and good IT skills, particularly in Excel. Experience with accounting software like Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks is advantageous.
