About the Role

As an Accounts Senior, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality accounting and advisory services to our diverse client portfolio.

This position demands an approachable and professional individual who understands client requirements and delivers exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a dynamic portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting and submissions.
  • Preparation of sole trader, partnership and limited company accounts.
  • Preparation and submission of year-end accounts and VAT Returns.
  • Able to prepare accounts to review level.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and established clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Managing client expectations, arranging closing meetings to finalise accounts.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, providing training and feedback to help them develop professionally.
