Pastoral Tutor Vacancies – London Salary: £16 – 18 per hour Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP We are seeking passionate and dedicated Pastoral Tutors to join our team in London! Requirements: DBS Certificate on the update service is essential. Must be available to start immediately.Responsibilities include: Delivering and facilitating the core tutorial curriculum through group sessions as per the scheme of work (SOW), using provided resources. Starting tutorials with a review of the group’s attendance and addressing engagement issues. Conducting 1:1 tutorials, setting and reviewing SMART targets in collaboration with teaching staff. Supporting students with progression, including UCAS guidance for Level 3 students. Monitoring at-risk learners and collaborating with parents, teachers, and support teams to keep them engaged. Assisting students with work experience placements and logging their hours. Representing students and the college in internal and external meetings. Maintaining accurate records on Pro-Monitor.
