We're recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join an FE College in South East Londonfor the 2026/27 academic year.
FE College 24th August 2026 - 2nd July 2027 (potential for temp2perm) 35 hours per week (full-time) £15.50 per hour via PAYE
This is a fantastic opportunity to support young people and adults with SEND, helping them access learning, build independence and achieve their EHCP outcomes.
We're looking for someone who
- Has experience supporting learners with SEND (Secondary, FE or Care).
- Is confident supporting learners with complex needs, personal care and mobility.
- Has excellent communication skills and a compassionate, person-centred approach.
- Understands safeguarding and is passionate about making a real difference.
