We're recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join an FE College in South East London for the 2026/27 academic year.

FE College 24th August 2026 – 2nd July 2027 (potential for temp2perm) 35 hours per week (full-time) £15.50 per hour via PAYEThis is a fantastic opportunity to support young people and adults with SEND, helping them access learning, build independence and achieve their EHCP outcomes.

We're looking for someone who

Has experience supporting learners with SEND (Secondary, FE or Care).

Is confident supporting learners with complex needs, personal care and mobility.

Has excellent communication skills and a compassionate, person-centred approach.

Understands safeguarding and is passionate about making a real difference.
