About the Role As a Lead Learning Support Practitioner, you will: ✅ Work closely with learners, parents, and external agencies to ensure every learner’s needs are met. ✅ Lead on EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) reviews and support learners in overcoming learning barriers. ✅ Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement inclusive learning strategies. ✅ Develop and adapt resources to support learners with diverse needs. ✅ Be an integral part of a team that drives innovation and positive change in learning support.
