Lead Internal Quality Assurer (IQA)Location: Hull Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-Time Salary: TBC About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to join a well-established training provider based in Hull. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the organisation's internal quality assurance processes, ensuring assessment practices remain fair, consistent and compliant with awarding body requirements. You will play a pivotal role in driving quality improvement, supporting assessors and IQAs, and maintaining high standards across engineering apprenticeship and technical training programmes. Working closely with the wider quality team, you will champion best practice, lead standardisation activities and help embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activities across engineering and technical training programmes. Ensure assessment decisions are valid, reliable, fair and consistent. Maintain compliance with awarding organisation requirements including EAL, City & Guilds, ECITB, TWI, JTL (CompEx) and Pearson Edexcel Higher Nationals.
