Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate, impartial advice to prospective learners on courses, funding, and enrolment Process applications and manage learner admissions using CRM systems Deliver exceptional front-line service via phone, email, online, and in-person Represent the college at open days, events, and outreach sessions Support compliance with funding rules, data protection, and safeguardingWhat You’ll Need: 5 GCSEs incl.
