We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Employer Engagement Officer to join a Further Education provider in Northamptonshire. In this role, you’ll work closely with employers to promote apprenticeships and training opportunities, helping to match learners with the right career paths. You’ll also support the recruitment of apprentices and work with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and learner success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers
- Promote apprenticeship and training programmes
- Attend careers fairs, networking events, and employer visits
- Help recruit apprentices and support employer needs
- Keep accurate records and monitor progress using CRM systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in employer engagement or business development
- Knowledge of apprenticeships and post-16 education
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working towards targets
- Full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one
The Role:
- Full-time (37 hours per week)
- Permanent contract
- Salary: £27,370 – £29,979 per year
