About the Role As a Communication Support Worker, you will:

Work alongside teachers to raise the learning and attainment of young people.
Promote students’ social inclusion, self-esteem, and independence.
Support learners across a wide range of vocational areas, helping them to access the curriculum, engage in learning, and reach their potential.
Use initiative and empathy to support learners effectively, handling situations with professionalism and sensitivity.
Work flexibly to meet the varying needs of students.About You We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting learners to achieve their best. You will need:

Level 3 qualification in BSL (or the ability to sign fluently at that level).
Ideally, a formal Communication Support Worker qualification.
GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Experience of working with people with SEND is desirable.
Strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.What We Offer
