This rewarding role involves working closely with teachers and students to provide tailored support that enables every learner to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to access the curriculum.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
- Monitor and record student progress and communicate effectively with teaching staff and parents where appropriate.
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
