Admissions Coordinator – Full Time (Fixed-Term Contract) 📍 Weston-super-Mare | Competitive Salary Are you an experienced and driven individual with a passion for post-16 education and student support? We’re looking for a proactive Admissions Coordinator to lead a dedicated team of Admissions Officers and support the delivery of exceptional learner journeys. 📋 About the Role: This is a full-time position (37 hours per week) offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of Admissions, you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the admissions team, helping shape a high-quality and efficient admissions process across our college campuses. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and performance of Admissions Officers Monitor application pipelines and ensure delivery of Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) Line manage, support and develop team members Act as liaison with curriculum teams and internal departments Drive continuous improvement and compliance with ISO standards Support promotional and student recruitment events (some evenings required)✅ What We’re Looking For: Experience analysing data to improve performance Strong background in coordinating systems and managing complex processes Demonstrated success in staff development and leadership In-depth knowledge of the post-16 education sector🎯 Ideal for someone who is: Organised, confident, and a natural team leader Passionate about improving student experience and outcomes Adaptable with excellent communication skills📨 Apply now to be part of a forward-thinking and student-focused team helping shape future success
