We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Lecturer in Beauty Therapy to join a vibrant college committed to delivering high-quality education and supporting student success. About the Role:
You will be responsible for teaching and developing a range of full-time and part-time Beauty Therapy courses, including City & Guilds Levels 2, 3, and 4, as well as commercial short courses. You will also support student progression and ensure high levels of achievement and retention.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering C&G Level 2, 3 & 4 Beauty Therapy qualifications
- Teaching commercial short courses including:
- Level 4 Hair Reduction and Skin Rejuvenation using Laser/IPL
- Level 3 Advanced Epilation
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
- Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (e.g., DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within the beauty industry
- Experience in teaching, training or assessing within the Beauty sector
- Qualified and experienced to teach and assess:
- Level 3 Advanced Epilation
- Level 4 Hair Reduction using Intense Pulsed Light Systems
- Level 4 Skin Rejuvenation using LASER Systems
