About the Role
- Work closely with learners, parents, and external agencies to ensure every learner’s needs are met.
- Lead on EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) reviews and support learners in overcoming learning barriers.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement inclusive learning strategies.
- Develop and adapt resources to support learners with diverse needs.
