About the Role:

This position plays a vital role in supporting student retention and achievement through effective teaching and curriculum development in Beauty Therapy. You will be responsible for delivering full-time and part-time courses across Levels 2, 3, and 4, including specialist units such as Advanced Epilation and Laser Treatments for Hair Reduction and Skin Rejuvenation.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience teaching City & Guilds L2 and L3 Technical qualifications
  • Up-to-date practical knowledge in Beauty Therapy, including L3 Advanced Epilation
  • Qualified to deliver L4 Laser treatments for hair reduction and skin rejuvenation
  • A strong understanding of inclusive and effective teaching strategies
  • Ability to support learners at various levels and guide them toward employment or further education
  • Teaching and Assessor Qualification

Desirable:

  • Experience delivering commercial short courses in Beauty Therapy
  • Confident using digital tools for teaching and learning

Additional Responsibilities Include:
