- Teach A-Level Psychology and contribute to teaching across related subjects where applicable
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with curriculum standards
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Curriculum Manager and wider team
- Participate in curriculum planning, assessment, and learner progress monitoring
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practice
- Degree with a Psychology component is essential
- Ability to offer Sociology and/or Criminology is desirable
- Experience teaching A-Level or similar post-16 qualifications
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
