Private client solicitor

About the Role: We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a dynamic law firm in Windsor office. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) and a strong track record in managing a diverse caseload. You will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and service to a varied client base, dealing with a range of private client matters including wills, estates, trusts, and tax planning. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trust administration, and estate planning Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring the highest level of service and professionalism Handle complex legal issues with a clear focus on client satisfaction Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Stay up to date with relevant legal developments and regulations Contribute to the growth and development of the Private Client Team The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years\’ PQE in private client law Strong ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload efficiently Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships Expected Start Date: ASAP
