Role Overview

UCB offers an exciting opportunity for an Early Years and Education Assessor to join our Early Years team. You will work in collaboration with Lecturers, Learners, and Early Years placements, striving to ensure learners reach their full potential by assessing them within their early years placement to achieve their qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Use a variety of assessing techniques to ensure the highest standards of bespoke learning are offered.
  • Assess learners within their placement to achieve their qualification.
  • Demonstrate a flexible approach to work and an enthusiasm for continued professional development.
  • Collaborate with early year placement staff to support learner progress.
  • Reflect on practice and contribute to improvements in assessment quality.

  • Qualified and passionate Early Years and Education Assessor with a reflective and creative approach to practice.
