A family-run childcare setting is seeking an experienced Room Leader to lead the Pre-School room of 22 children, working as part of a team of four practitioners in a warm, supportive nursery environment.

The role focuses primarily on caring for the children and leading the team within the room, ensuring a positive, engaging and nurturing environment where children can learn and develop.

Administrative work is intentionally kept to a minimum, allowing the Room Leader to focus on the children, the team and the room environment.
