Salary: £27,000£30,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

The RoleYoull work with children from 6 weeks to school age, delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework. Youll play a key role in supporting childrens development, working collaboratively with colleagues, and building strong, positive relationships with families.
What Were Looking For- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted standards
- A positive, professional approach with excellent customer service skills
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to grow and develop
- Confidence to support and motivate colleagues
- A proactive mindset, with ideas and ambition to contribute to the nurserys future
- SENCO and/or safeguarding experience (desirable)
