We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to join a welcoming early years setting in Bromley. About the Role

You will support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the setting, ensuring high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding for children aged 18 months to 5 years. You will play a key role in:

  • Supporting staff and leading practice within the nursery
  • Ensuring EYFS standards are met at all times
  • Promoting a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
  • Supporting planning, observations, and children's development
  • Helping to maintain strong relationships with parents and carers

Working Pattern

Term Time Only, 45 hours per week, Opening hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Experience in an early years setting
  • Strong leadership skills or readiness to step up into management
  • Passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education

Location

The nursery is ideally located within a 5-10 minute walk from Sundridge Park Station and Bromley North Station, making it easily accessible for commuters.
