We are looking for an experienced and motivated Nursery Deputy Manager to join a well-established nursery setting. This is a full-time role split between room-based support and office responsibilities, working within a supportive and professional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Lead and support staff with planning and activities
- Support safeguarding, SENCO responsibilities, and compliance
- Build strong relationships with parents and outside agencies
- Ensure high standards of care, learning, health & safety, and EYFS practice
- Assist with nursery administration and staff support
Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- At least 3 years experience in a senior nursery role
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
- Leadership experience within a nursery setting
- Positive, approachable, and team-focused attitude
