Our client is seeking an experienced and nurse-qualified Home Manager to lead a well-established and luxurious medium-bedded nursing home. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and management of the home, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Supervise, appraise, and mentor staff, maintaining a consistently high standard of care and professionalism.
- Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders including families, regulatory bodies, and the wider community.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirements, including those of the Care Inspectorate.
- Achieve and maintain optimal occupancy and financial performance targets.

Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse essential
- Experience in managing a care or nursing home essential
- Proven ability to lead nursing and care teams effectively

- SVQ Level 4 in Care Services Leadership and Management desirable
