Our client is seeking an experienced and nurse-qualified Home Manager to lead a well-established and luxurious medium-bedded nursing home. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse essential
  • Experience in managing a care or nursing home essential
  • Proven ability to lead nursing and care teams effectively

  • A sound understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • SVQ Level 4 in Care Services Leadership and Management desirable
  • Management qualification or equivalent experience in elderly care desirable
