What we're looking for:
Essential:
- A genuine interest or personal experience in care
- Willingness to work towards a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification
- Reliable and able to travel within 30 minutes of the home
Preferred:
- One year's experience in a residential or nursing home
- Level 2 (or higher) in Health & Social Care
