Our client, a well-established nursing home in Rugby, is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join their kitchen team. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve meals in accordance with our client's menus, tailored to meet residents' individual dietary needs.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety in line with regulatory requirements (CQC, Environmental Health).
- Collaborate with care staff and the Head Chef to ensure a positive dining experience for residents.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and effective stock rotation.
- Assist with menu planning and food ordering as required.
