We provide a comprehensive range of currency services and products, including our Currency Converter, Market Analysis, Currency Data API and quick, easy, secure Money Transfers for individuals and businesses. We leverage technology to deliver these services through our website, mobile app and by phone. Last year, we helped over 300 million people access information about the currencies that matter to them and over 225,000 people used us to send money overseas.
We are currently looking for a Risk Manager to join our growing team who will be responsible for managing a team that executes key deliverables within Xe’s risk function such as the annual risk assurance plan, enterprise risk analysis, local risk reporting, internal vendor management risk assessments, and oversight of operational incidents, whilst always looking for ways to improve processes.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Management and execution of the annual risk assurance plan, including but not limited to assigning reviews to team members, providing support and guidance on reviews, reviewing draft reports before submission, and performing risk assurance reviews.
- Identify opportunities through risk assurance work to support the improvement of processes and risk mitigation across Xe globally.
- Work with business stakeholders across Xe globally to ensure timely remediation of issues identified during risk assurance reviews.
- Oversee the completion of quarterly Local Risk Reporting (LRR), including presenting LRR to applicable Boards and Senior Management.
- Oversee operational incident management policy and process.
- Support the administration and execution of the annual enterprise risk analysis process.
