This role blends CRM lifecycle content execution with website content management, ensuring cohesive, conversion‐focused experiences across owned channels.
You'll be responsible for crafting and optimizing content within our lifecycle marketing programs (email, push, in‐app) while also owning key elements of EMEA website content delivery via our CMS. Working closely with global and regional stakeholders, you'll localize and optimize content to support acquisition, conversion, and retention across EMEA markets. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of content, data, and technology, and enjoys turning insights into measurable growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build, QA, and deploy lifecycle campaigns and journeys across email, push, and in‐app channels using our CRM platform (e.g. Iterable).
- Write clear, engaging, and conversion‐focused lifecycle copy including subject lines, email body copy, push notifications, and in‐app messages, aligned with brand and regional guidelines.
- Support customer acquisition, activation, repeat usage, and retention through targeted CRM programs such as onboarding, reactivation, promotional, and transactional flows.
- Partner with analytics and lifecycle teams to use customer data and behavioral insights to identify drop‐offs, opportunities, and personalization strategies.
- Monitor performance KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, retention, ROI) and continuously optimize campaigns through testing and iteration.
- Ensure all lifecycle messaging meets brand, compliance, and regulatory requirements across EMEA markets.
Website & CMS Content
- Own the creation, publishing, and maintenance of EMEA website content using our CMS (e.g. Contentful, Webflow, or similar).
- Adapt and localize global website content for EMEA audiences while maintaining brand consistency and messaging clarity.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, SEO, and Regional Marketing to deliver content that supports full‐funnel growth across awareness, acquisition, and conversion.
- Optimize web content using SEO best practices, on‐page insights, and performance data.
- Manage content workflows, calendars, and stakeholder alignment to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
- Monitor website content performance using analytics tools (GA4, GSC, Amplitude) and implement data‐driven improvements.
Collaboration & Ways of Working
- Work cross‐functionally with Lifecycle Marketing, Growth, Product, Design, Compliance, Analytics, and Regional teams.
- Support EMEA‐specific initiatives such as regional campaigns, product launches, seasonal moments, and market‐specific promotions.
- Act as a key content partner for ensuring a consistent customer experience across CRM and web touchpoints.
Position Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- Hands‐on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
- Experience working with a CMS (Contentful, Webflow, or equivalent).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an understanding of conversion‐focused content.
- Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools (Amplitude, GA4, Looker, A/B testing).
- Experience localizing content for EMEA or international markets.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, lifecycle metrics, and full‐funnel marketing.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A content‐driven marketer who enjoys blending creative execution with performance insights.
- Comfortable operating across both CRM and CMS environments.
- Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across global and regional teams.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to test, learn, and improve customer experiences.
