About This Role
We are currently looking for a Inbound Sales Executive to join our sales team in London. The SME Inbound Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities within the SME channel. This role involves calling and following up with potential SME clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales and revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Proactively chase down SME opportunities within the SME channel.
- Understand and articulate the value proposition of Xe\’s products and services to potential SME clients.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer enquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential SME clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Document all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
Position Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in financial technology or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
