ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are currently looking for a Risk Manager to join our growing team who will be responsible for managing a team responsible for executing on key deliverables within Xe's risk function such as, but not limited to: Xe's annual risk assurance plan, enterprise risk analysis, local risk reporting, annual internal vendor management risk assessments, and oversight of operational incidents, whilst always looking for ways to improve processes.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Risk Assurance
Management and execution of the annual risk assurance plan, including but not limited to assigning reviews to team members, providing support/guidance on reviews, reviewing draft reports before submission and performing Risk Assurance reviews.
Identify opportunities through risk assurance work to support the improvement of processes and risk mitigation across Xe globally.
Work with business stakeholders across Xe globally to ensure timely remediation of issues identified during risk assurance reviews.
Oversee the completion of quarterly Local Risk Reporting (LRR) including presenting LRR to applicable Boards and Senior Management.
Oversee Operational Incident management policy and process.
Support in the administration and execution of the annual enterprise risk analysis process.
